  Because it’s an entry level job & location that doesn’t require much, they hire just anyone. Can count on both hands and feet the # of issues this location has given throughout the past few months, got to a point i’ll go out the way to a further location. Anything from burnt pizzas, playing with & touching the food with bare hands, to them rushing to get off the phone when placing an order, down to the unprofessionalism. There was a minor issue that they made become a major issue with pizzas ordered here that obviously looked different than another locations pizza for the same exact order. The other location’s manager even agreed that this holcomb bridge location indeed played with the order. Instead of providing premier customer service and offering a solution, they refused to take back the order that an Amanda stuck her fingers in (she tried to prove a point & her bare fingers touched the food), refused to refund the order, you would think it was coming out of their check, & also refused to give corporate #. Then they called the police instead of just refunding the order. Had to google corporate # who respectively refunded the order anyways and who also agreed it wasn’t even that serious over the amount. VERY unprofessional.
