Just wanted to give a shout-out to Gregory for a wonderful dining experience. He is very personable, attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with all aspects of the meal. The food was also delicious!

It took me a while to write this review. Some time ago, my family and I (who are Black) decided to eat here. We walked in and were greeted by a hostess who seated us immediately. Shortly afterward, our waiter, Matthew, introduced himself. He was a very polite gentleman. We ordered our food and enjoyed talking while the sun shone brightly through the window above our booth. A short time later, another family (who are Caucasian) seated directly behind us. At that point, the man in that party closed the blinds. We called over the hostess to explain that we felt it was disrespectful because we had been enjoying the sunlight. He never considered asking whether we minded; he simply closed the blinds. A manager (who was Caucasian) came over and asked if we wanted to move to another booth. We explained that we had been seated there first, so we did not understand why we should have to move. They walked away and did nothing further. Our waiter, Matthew, apologized for the situation. I eventually got up and reopened the blinds to their original position. At that point, the other family was moved to a different booth. However, by then, the mood had already been ruined. To make matters worse, our food was not cooked properly and was served cold. I sent it back, but when it was brought out again, it was still cold and not prepared correctly. We accepted it, paid our bill, and left. I will not be eating at another Outback Steakhouse. They probably do not care, but I felt it was important to share my experience anyway. This is a moment that will stay with me for the rest of my life.

My girlfriend and I ate at this Outback Steakhouse location a few nights ago, and the visit turned into a complete nightmare. We ordered two filet mignons and two lobster tails, along with several sides and two salads. We are not entirely sure which specific dish caused the issue, but within hours of leaving the restaurant, both of us became violently ill. We have been completely out of commission for the past 48 hours dealing with severe food poisoning. The entire experience has been absolutely miserable, and we are both still recovering. We definitely will not be eating at this establishment ever again.
