  I recently visited McDonald’s and unfortunately, this has become a recurring issue. My orders are frequently incorrect, with items missing, and the food is almost always cold by the time I receive it. It’s really disappointing because consistency and basic accuracy should be expected, especially from a well-known chain. I’ve given this location multiple chances, but the experience hasn’t improved. At this point, I would appreciate some form of compensation, such as a gift card, for the repeated inconvenience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both order accuracy and food quality

  We sometimes order here but now finally the time we give a 1 star rating. Whatever we order they don't get it right. Sauce is always missing so we got used to it, sometimes they forget an item but they alsways mess up customized order... when you order burger for the kids without onions why is it difficult to prepare it this way... kid found onions and didn' it
