This last occurrence, they ran out of bread at 7pm so had to make mini sandwiches that I didn’t order. The “Lead” needs some serious coaching as he ruined the experience due to attitude. I won’t revisit this location moving forward.

Sometimes I go in, like today, and the staff is unfriendly and the food is mediocre. Today, note that they were not busy at all, the guy behind the counter looked irritatedly at me when I walked in then turned away then just said "you ready", didn't ask if I had a rewards account, didn't change his gloves between the register and making the sandwich, looked like I personally insulted him when I added a couple of toppings, looked disgusted when he was making the sandwich and I asked for one topping that normally comes on that sandwich to not be added and basically asked if I was serious, and at the risk of sounding picky, he also basically slapped the sandwich together like he doesn't give a you know what. Everything was just piled in the middle with nothing but bread at the ends. I normally only leave a review if a place is really good or really bad and usually I don't even do reviews for bad experiences because I figure it's a one off. I'm leaving 2 stars today because most of the time this location is fine, but today it sucked and on occasion this location has sucked before. Train employees on customer service.

The front cashier Lark was simply amazing and took the time with me as my orders were all very different. Not only did she take her time with a smile, the TEAM got every single sandwich correct. Very much appreciative of their professionalism and customer service. Oh did I forget to mention after they made the sandwiches Lark went over them again with me and even placed the name of the person on each sandwich as to not cause any confusion. Thanks so much Lark and the Jimmy John’s Team.
