If you order after 8:00 PM they will tell you the oven is off and they can’t toast your sub. I’m not sure if this a corporate thing or just the employees choosing to shut the oven down early. If they can’t keep the whole menu then maybe they should just close earlier. The service at this location is nothing like Milton !

To then wait another 10 minutes and finally go home to find out that the second order was not correct either. Incompetent and inaccurate. I can deal with the slowness as long as there is even an ounce of care to try and make an order correctly. Ordered a BLT no mayo, got a BLnoT and extra mayo. Save yourselves and go to a different location.

I wondering who thought it would be a good idea to subject the public to someone who doesnt lead with kindness. Today he made me feel as though I was inconveniencing him as I was placing my order. Then I went into the store for mustard packs and he was at the register gossiping about me to another employee. Ive had similar experiences at this particular location. Needless to say, I will not be back. There are too many Jimmy John's locations in the metro Atlanta area to endure this type of behavior. He should be sent home today. He is clearly not in the mood to serve customers.
