  I love Jerusalem Bakery. Their food is always fresh even when delivered, hot, and the service is always friendly. I moved away from their Johns Creek location to Roswell and was delighted to see they had a location there too. The cherry on the top: I placed a Doordash order and due to a severe gastric issue I’m recovering from, asked them for only specific ingredients in a sandwich. I was craving their shawarma sandwich but could only have certain foods at the moment. They delivered perfectly and satisfied my taste buds. Thank you so much!!

  Ordered delivery through their website but the delivery never came. I called them to ask for delivery driver number or to see if they could help, but was told that I personally had to contact the delivery company that THEY contract with even though I paid this business directly. They don’t even bother spending time to find the driver’s number because according to the person I talked to “they don’t have the driver’s information only the company name.” It’s like buying a faulty product at a department store and them telling you to contact the specific company that made it. Never again. Least helpful staff.
