My husband is allergic to bacon, and he had already taken a bite before realizing it and had to spit it out immediately. At first I thought maybe I made the mistake, but when I checked the receipt on the bag it clearly says one bacon burger and one regular hamburger. So the restaurant messed up the order. How do you mess up something this simple when allergies could be involved? To make it worse, I tried calling the restaurant and their phone is out of service, and when I called customer service no one answered. Completely unacceptable and extremely irresponsible. I’m very upset about this experience.

I called them and asked whether their BOGO promo is happening at their location and they told me “yes” so I asked if I had to order online or in store also worked. They proceeded and told me “yeah I guess in store also works.” It’s funny how someone who works there doesn’t even know what to do, absolutely no knowledge on what their work space. Also when I walked in, they told me “we actually have no meat” and walked away. So I went over and asked if they were completely done with orders and they said “I mean if you wanna wait?” Didn’t even tell me how long I had to wait, again I had to ask them lmao. I was definitely fine with waiting 10-20 min so I was going to wait and then that had happened. If this service was a joke then they did an absolute best job delivering that because I was laughing speechless.
