  We catered food from Fiesta Bar y Parrilla for our Mother’s Day celebration, and it was a huge hit! Sean and Jasmine were accommodating, friendly, and easy to work with throughout the process. The steak fajitas were delicious, the meat was tender, flavorful, and everyone loved it. All of the sides were fresh and generously portioned as well. We received so many compliments from our guests and will definitely cater from Fiesta Bar y Parrilla again. Highly recommend!

  Stopped by Fiesta Bar y Parrilla in Roswell and had a great experience. I ordered three tacos, and they were all really good—my favorite was the lengua. I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture, which says a lot! I also got a margarita that was on special for $9.99, and it was delicious. The inside is nice and a bit fancy, and the service was good—she was attentive and there when we needed her. They also give you complimentary chips and salsa, which is always a plus. Overall, I’d definitely come back again.
