- TETara EdwardsAug 16, 20263.0I never have any issues with this Dunkin but this past Friday the two women that were working had the most nastiest attitudes. I wanted my drink to be remade because the woman at drive thru didn't add the flavor even though she claimed she did. When I asked, she told me it was 10 cents for pumps.... pumps that you failed to include in my drink to begin with? So I decide to come inside in hopes that maybe that person would be decent enough to add the flavor. This woman was more hostile and insisted that there was flavoring in my drink. I asked if their manager was there then one of them claimed to be a manager but if you really are, isn't your whole thing to satisfy a customer? I felt very dissatisfied with their customer service and I won't be back on a Friday again due to incompetent workers. I heard the two of them snickering as I had walked out. Please do better!! Have workers that actually understand and care!!

Points for making my drink look pretty too. The employee that took my order and made my drink was very polite and had a positive attitude.

I have seen many different people working there come and go… But lately I start to go there more often and I didn’t like the treatment as customer who may appear not paying attention to details… The first of all it s not of your business what’s my religion and why asking me about my religion if you don’t ask who I may be… Plus it is not an eloquent behavior to talk about the customer , your are helping , with an other customer using you native language and describing the customer as “Old” assuming the your customer doesn’t understand Spanish. I will not come back there, coffee is everywhere!
