Horrible service, out of donuts early, incorrect order 25% of the time. Doesn’t seem to be any management there, poor training of new people.

Worst Dunkin’ to go to. The people who manage/own this location are terrible at running a business. How do you run the worst Dunkin consistently for the last 3 years. Everyone in this area says the same thing about this location. Really is impressive to be so bad for so long and it not be corrected. Drinks are always awful and food is way under cooked and cold or completely over cooked. Once you know who runs this one it all makes sense.

I visit this Dunkin almost every morning because I live nearby, so it’s always been a convenient stop for me generally but at this point it has honestly become a complete waste of time. Nearly every single visit as of late they’re out of multiple things which I’m so confused on how that happens. Sometimes they don’t even tell you until after you’ve already paid and they once even tried to deny me a refund in the past. I was told the manager had to be present so I asked where was she and she said she didn’t know?? At first I didn’t mind them being out of stuff a lot, but it Just kept happening more and more often to the point where it genuinely feels like this restaurant either doesn’t put enough effort into making sure they order the correct product and maintain their inventory throughout or they’re just bored and don’t want to do their basic jobs. There needs to be immediate improvement made and action taken because this is unacceptable. This does not live up to the dunkin standards. What really crossed the line though, was when I politely asked an employee, who I presumed to be a nice scholarly young lady, about why they’re constantly out of items because I was so confused and was curious to know what they could be doing wrong, and was IMMEDIATELY met with vicious attitude as if I had asked her something ludicrous, I literally gasped so loud her coworker immediately turns her neck and looks to the drive-thru window, followed up with completely evil cursing and insults, some of which I’ve never heard in my entire life, all in which was directed at me, while her coworker watching was just giggling and smiling, also while my teenage christian daughter was sitting right there in the passenger seat listening to the entire thing. She’s never been exposed to such evil satanic speech in her entire life until now and I’m so devastated she had to experience this. All over a question. I could tell my daughter was getting scared and emotional and I started crying, and she began crying too. Then they opened the drive-thru window and told me to get out of the drive-thru because we were holding up the line while my eyes were still soaked in tears. I literally almost crashed trying to drive away, that was one of the most traumatic things I’ve been through. Being treated like that is completely unacceptable anywhere, but especially from a business that expects repeat customers, which by the way is hard to expect when you don’t have anything to offer customers.. I have never been treated this disrespectfully at a Dunkin’ or honestly any restaurant — in my life. It’s disappointing because this location is so convenient for me, but at this point I’d rather go out of my way to Starbucks than keep dealing with the constant shortages and unprofessional behavior here. Very frustrating experience overall. I will never return to this FAILURE of a Dunkin’ ever again. This location has officially lost me and I will be telling my bible study group about the satanism at this restaurant and to never return. My church will also be praying for this store & the satanic workers who were praising satan in the drive thru in front my christian daughter. This was truly a traumatic devastating experience for me and my christian daughter and it’s been a lot to process for me to also write this out. We’ve been speaking to our family psychiatrists about this experience as well and they were mortified to hear about the dangers of Dunkin. It’s absolutely a shame. Something has to be done otherwise they’ll need to shutdown indefinitely.

Every visit is a complete disappointment. This store is always out of something and this time it’s cups?? You’re a coffee shop, how are you out of cups??? then the espreso tastes like chalk, the food tastes old and like playdoh and the store looks dirty and there’s a stench and the staff look unhygienic and i think i saw a lady pick her nose in the corner of my eye as i was going to the restroom because i was somehow waiting 10+ minutes for a latte i don’t know if they needed me to come behind the counter and help or what but it shouldn’t take that long for a latte. There’s a Starbucks directly across the road and that’s where I’m going, you’ve lost me dunkin

So I never come out here I'm in Woodstock Georgia and I pull in drive-thru to get an iced coffee a large coffee they did not have any large cups. Then I said okay a medium they do not have any medium sized cups. Obviously someone didn't do their inventory job.. and then she takes my card and then says oh we have to fresh fruit make fresh coffee late how unorganized are you. And I told her that she shouldn't said something to me before she took my card for payment and she just looked at me like I had five eyes and then she hands me a coffee almost immediately so I don't know how old his coffee is been sitting there and it tastes like crap.
