- GSGracie Scerbo6 days ago5.0I absolutely love this location. I go here on bad days, on good days, and some in between. I was having a terrible day because everything just happened to go wrong. The barista picked up on it and handed me a drink and said “I hope your day gets better.” This meant so much to me. That made my day better. They really try to form a connection with their customers. Another time I came through the drive thru happy as can be, and the barista saw something in my car and said “hey I have some of those too! How cool!” and it is so so nice to feel noticed. At a lot of other places I just feel like a customer that is the next person in line, here I feel like a customer that they’re happy to see. I’ve never seen a better run dunkin. (No pun intended). Finding a place where workers seem genuinely happy is hard to find, I’m so glad that I moved here and found my happy place.

Coming back to visit from Virginia, it was a really fun, nostalgic place to meet up with some friends and grab a bite. Honestly, it’s still pretty much the same—nothing too fancy about this location, but they’ve always got those good old reliable Munchkins. I got a great assortment of them, and you really can't go wrong with a classic cup of Dunkin' coffee. The staff working when I went in were a little on the quiet side, but they were perfectly friendly. It's a comforting, personal spot with a lot of memories, and it’s great to see it’s still going strong!

I've went to Dunkin over 75+ times just this year, and the reason for my medium review is because I've ordered the Shakin' espresso over 2 dozen times, and I swear it is the MOST inconsistent drink I've ever had at Dunkin. I go to a lot of different Dunkin's, but this is a location I go to frequently. Just this morning, they used the wrong syrup in the drink. With the Shakin' espresso, I've had workers put the wrong syrup, but in iced coffee instead of espresso and milk, and I've had to have this one drink remade way more times than I have any other drink I've consistently gotten. Sometimes I just have to accept that it's wrong because I have to go to work. I'm not sure what the issue is with this drink, but it's kind of ridiculous how often I have it remade.
