- ZGZyara Gonzalez6 days ago1.0This was a very unpleasant experience. Walked in to get a coffee and use the restroom. When we walked in a worker was sitting in the chairs picking at her nails with a friend I assume. The other worker was outside talking to another customer. No one came up to welcome us or say hi not even a smile. We continued to use the restrooms absolutely disgusting!!! Toilet paper all over the floors dripped soap on the floor. Also a sign that says it is cleaned and disinfected regularly. Absolutely not!!! We ended up leaving!! Very unpleasant experience!!

For the amount of money I spent, I expected much better quality and service. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location. Apparently the woman couldn’t read the order and put them on plain bagels not toasted. You had one job lady please try to make some effort to be a productive person in society.
- GSGracie ScerboAug 17, 20265.0I absolutely love this location. I go here on bad days, on good days, and some in between. I was having a terrible day because everything just happened to go wrong. The barista picked up on it and handed me a drink and said “I hope your day gets better.” This meant so much to me. That made my day better. They really try to form a connection with their customers. Another time I came through the drive thru happy as can be, and the barista saw something in my car and said “hey I have some of those too! How cool!” and it is so so nice to feel noticed. At a lot of other places I just feel like a customer that is the next person in line, here I feel like a customer that they’re happy to see. I’ve never seen a better run dunkin. (No pun intended). Finding a place where workers seem genuinely happy is hard to find, I’m so glad that I moved here and found my happy place.
