I ordered a couple of pizza, wings, and salad for watching the World Cup and at delivery noticed my order was missing the wings and a drink (it was raining and probably busy due to the big game, it happens). I called the store and the person who answered the phone was kind, concerned, and said she would figure it out. The driver, Jonathan I think was his name, came back in 20 minutes with piping hot wings that appeared to have been made fresh and extra drinks. Extremely professional and made things right with hot fresh food. Things happen, but this is exactly how to make things right! Everyone on the team deserves a shoutout for going above and beyond.

Which is so disrespectful to a customer calling and asking. Just tell me the deals. I’ve worked in retail and we were taught to always respect the costumer and always go out of your way to help them. Then he proceeded to lie to me and say there’s no deal today. I checked the website after the call and there was multiple deals . Not only this employee was rude and dismissive he also lied to me. This is a horrible location. Don’t ever come here they have bad customer service

The crew led by Courtney within the past few months has absolutely been terrible! If yoyr ticket has Courtney's name on it, good luck you will need it. Your pizza will be delayed approximately 30 minutes, and the quality is most probable to not meet your standards. The prior crew before this one was amazing. Always on time, great communication skills, and good pizza. If you notice this locations poor rating its not a misprint. Thanks Courtney!
