Unfortunately we have had absolutely disgusting and below par experiences here and I’m shocked that this is a chipotle and that it is still open. We gave them a pass the first 2 times when the food was so atrociously salty that we threw it out, the chips were stale. Went back a third and fourth time, my husband’s coupon didn’t work and the cashier did nothing to help both times. There are never enough workers either. The tables and counters where they serve food are unsanitary. I went back (for the last time) last weekend and my chicken bowl had skin hanging off the chicken 🤢🤮. So gross. I do not trust the food and I’m also pregnant and will never go here again.

I don’t know people are giving this new chipotle bad reviews. It’s clean, not too busy, and the staff is actually very friendly the few times I went in, enough that it stands out against other chipotle staff. Shout out to the staff for being nice!

This location has been open for about a month. I’ve been here twice. WOW, what a major difference from other locations that I have been to. I walked into the location around 3:30pm. There were 0 customers inside. There were also 0 workers up front or behind the counter. Once one finally came out and asked what I wanted, I started to regret stopping here. The worker took a tortilla from an open air package, put it on a warmer that I’m not sure was even turned on, and proceeded to give me portions similar to a children burrito. I wasn’t going to argue about getting more etc. I waited for the food to be finished and had multiple flies land on my leg while waiting. I asked for chips at the register and was told that they don’t have chips right now. There were 2 bags of chips for a catering order sitting on the counter. Do not tell me that you don’t have chips. This location does not get enough business to run out of raw chips. Just say “we are too lazy to make chips”. At that point I almost said, thank you I’ll go somewhere else, but paid anyway. Wow, what a regret… ARE THE EMPLOYEES TRAINED ON HOW TO ROLL A BURRITO? Even with a 16” tortilla and children’s portions, the employee failed to roll a remotely tight burrito and I was forced to just throw it all in the bag after having the burrito(that I was eating wrapped in foil), just fall apart and spill food on me. The tortilla was very old and NOT fresh. I was extremely unhappy with this visit and will not ever be coming back. Please train the employees. Please ensure food safety. Please control the pests.

I arrived there 30 mins before closing. They were cleaning. As I approached the worker for an order she tells me there is no rice. I see the white and brown rice sitting on the table behind the worker. I point and ask about the container of rice behind her and instead of answering, the male behind her grabs it and puts it in the trash. As I leave out they locked the door behind me. They were supposed to be open for 20 more minutes. I live a block away and it’s a shame that I’m already hearing about poor customer service and bad food preparation from the community so early. I was excited about the opening but it looks like I’ll be going back to the Chipotle on Alpharetta hwy.

The Chipotle that was closest to our house was meh (not bad enough to complain about but not somewhere we’d want to frequent), so we had been driving out of our way to the Chipotle down 92 closer to Woodstock. We were so excited about this location opening because it’s so much closer to our house, but right before we left my husband said “I don’t have high expectations. The bar is pretty low compared to the other one.” Unfortunately, this location was so bad, we stubbed our toes on that low bar. :-( 1) We weren’t greeted when we came in. I mean people were there, walking around. Walked past where we stood at the counter and took several minutes to even acknowledge us, plus several more to even take our order. 2) The food prep counter was really dirty and got dirtier when the food was being prepared for the family in front of us who was being served when we walked in. No one cleaned it. 3) When I ordered, I ordered a salad with half adobo chicken and half carnitas. The lady who added the lettuce and protein handed off the order to someone else as expected but she just put the salad on our tray. I had to tell that lady to come back to add cheese and salsa. 4) I had a reward for free queso. I showed the first server, who again asked to see the phone. She said “I think it’s this size” and put the queso in a container. But the person at the checkout acted like it was my fault that the server gave me the wrong size. Again, I didn’t say a size - I said it was a free rewards queso AND showed my phone TWICE. They took the container off and gave me the smaller correct size, but it seemed weird. Like you’ve taken the queso out so are you going to put it back in? 5) The queso tasted like raw flour. It was weird. We didn’t eat it after all that mess. 6) The chips were STALE. Also not worth eating. 7) For the first time in my life, I didn’t finish my Chipotle salad. The carnitas had no seasoning, and the chicken was sweet. My husband thought maybe they had added the honey chicken accidentally but it looked different than his honey chicken, so it’s possible that someone was dropping the honey chicken into the regular chicken and it got mixed up, but it wasn’t a pleasant experience. 8) The tables needed to be wiped down. They weren’t exactly clean. We chose to eat outside.
