  Ordered a salad. So sorry but it was a big pile of glop. Like 4 pieces of lettuce buried under spoonfuls of black beans, corn and guac. We threw it out in the woods. Sorry

  Lady assembling the bowls was terribly rude. She wears glasses, gauge earrings, and has shorter blondish/orange dyed hair. She would yell for you to speak up, got my order wrong then looked at me as if it was my fault, and was giving nasty looks at me and my boyfriend the whole time we were trying to order. When we sat down in the booths we could still hear her yelling at customers “CANT HEAR YOU” even from the other side of the room. It’s a shame because I love Chipotle and frequently come to this location, but this isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience with her.

  Guys I love you but why the heck was there a peace of wood in my burrito? Yummy burrito but I don’t like the wood part. The wood was well seasoned tasted like chicken but I’m pretty sure it’s bad to eat wood.

  My experience at this Chipotle began horribly with the two young ladies, serving food, one with short hair and glasses in the middle and the other lady that starts at the beginning with the bowls and the tortillas. I watched as the young ladies prepared other customer’s bowls with more care, better portions and more attentiveness than mine was. I was actually preparing to walk out because I am major on energy being right when I’m spending money, especially consuming food. It wasn’t until I was met by Lauren’s huge warm smile was when I finally felt welcome and appreciated as a customer. She asked if there was anything else that I needed and she was kind and warm just her mannerisms behind that cash register changed my entire experience. Please recognize Lauren for her amazing customer service and kindness to your customers. She also had a beautiful warm smile on her face and was welcoming, something that the other two young ladies did not have at all it almost felt as if you were bothering them by asking them to prepare your food.

  Every-time I’ve come to this restaurant, it reminds me why I don’t frequently return. The staff is half asleep (it was 4pm) stingy with the portions, and reluctant to even look you in the eye. Customers are not wanted in these restaurants, only their money and their blindness to spend is.
