  Cava is always a healthy and good option for lunch. Today Mario took my order. He greeted me as soon as I entered the restaurant which I always nice. Took my order and checked me out all while smile. Great customer service skills. This location will always be my first choice when having Cava.

  I love Cava! The experience going there is amazing, every worker takes cleanliness and freshness seriously! Luiz, the worker, was very kind and the food was amazing! 10/10 every time!

  I visit Cava locations all throughout Metro Atlanta and this is by far the best location. Everyone is friendly, food is always fresh and they always have the items that are on the menu. This location is the complete opposite of the store in Summerhill. I live a few miles from Summerhill and I will never go there again because it is beyond poorly managed.

  Always pleased with the fresh ingredients and consistent quality at Cava. The place was packed when I came in, but they moved the line pretty quickly and yet we did not feel at all rushed when we were ordering. Compitent and polite service dispute the lunch rush. Nice outdoor seating too.

  This was hands down the worst restaurant experience I’ve had since moving to the United States. The service at CAVA was absolutely terrible. When it came time to choose toppings, the employees didn’t even ask what we wanted. They just started throwing random ingredients into the bowl as if they were trying to rush us out the door. They wouldn’t even let us point to the toppings we wanted. Since when is pointing at menu items against the rules? And no, it’s not because we don’t speak English. We speak English perfectly fine. The cashier looked miserable from the moment we walked in. Not a smile, not a greeting, not a single friendly word. The entire staff acted like customers were a burden and like we owed them something. I’m a paying customer, not someone who’s there to be treated with hostility. What made it even worse was what I observed while waiting for my food. I watched how they interacted with other customers, especially white customers. The difference in attitude was obvious. Suddenly they became friendly, patient, and polite. With us, they couldn’t wait to get rid of us. The contrast was so blatant that it felt like outright racial discrimination. I genuinely don’t understand how this place stays in business. If you’re looking for good customer service, respect, or even basic human courtesy, avoid this location. And if this review gets deleted, I’ll post it again.
