  I was late picking up my online order so I called and asked for it to be remade and the crew remade it hot and fresh when I got there.

  Me and My mom went to Taco Bell today and had a soft taco a piece and they went heavy on the meat and the meat was funky! Me and My mom got sick off of it

  literally go to any other taco bell, waited 40 minutes in line without the line ever even moving. i generally am very understanding and consider they could be short staffed etc. we left and went to the one in east ridge and were in and out with a line longer than we just waited in - in under 10 minutes. save yourself the time and just go to another location seems to be a common thing at this location.

  Came here for the new chicken chipotle bacon melt burrito. It was literally on the menu. They gave me the wrong burrito. Then when I came back thru to tell them. They acted like it wasn’t on the menu. And also acted really confused when I kept telling them it was on their literal menu screen, they kept saying “we only sell items on our screen.” It’s like she couldn’t comprehend what I was saying because i literally told her several times it’s on the menu. We pull up to the window. She magically knows what the item is now and says “yeah we used to make that a long time ago but we don’t make it anymore.” But this item just came out a couple weeks ago. Anyways then she proceeds to tell me that the guy was in the back making the right burrito, that they “don’t make anymore” then the guy proceeded to come up to the window, touch it with his gloves and ask me a question with a rude tone. Then he still didn’t even make the burrito right. Anyways, maybe the employees should know what’s on the menu outside.
