We have been in town for a week now and I have come by three times already. The reason I came a second time was because of how freshly made my sandwich was. So, I tried my luck a second time and it was the same. It’s been a while since I stopped by a Jacks and there is one about a mile from my house. I had lunch twice and the cashier was so sweet. Then I came back for breakfast. I say all that to say it’s rare to get good customer service and quality food at the same time, but they delivered.

Love the chicken tenders. The best!! Only thing that they're missing is some kind of sweet and sour sauce. Yum

We ordered drive-thru, 2 orders of tenders with fries and an extra LARGE fry, if we put all of our fries together we could perhaps fill the "large" fry container. I don't understand the minute portion sizes anymore. Don't think we will be back.

Friendly and clean environment. Wonderful customer service! No long wait on food and the fries were fresh and hot. The cashier Chris was very nice and attentive.

I was on my way home around 2:30 on a Friday from taking my sister to get Dental work done a place an online order for drive-through pick up for three, three piece chicken tenders with a biscuit paid extra for double fries and mashed potatoes and gravy it was the smallest pieces of chicken I’ve ever seen about the size of 1 to 2 chicken McNuggets. The fries was about the size of a small at McDonald’s maybe smaller so disappointed no way I felt like getting back out and going to get more or taking it back. Paid right at $29 for three meals. And didn’t even have the amount for three kid meals. I left a message on the website. It went to the general manager, and this is all I got in return… talk about double disappointment I won’t be going back there anymore. They lost my business. Hi Tracy, this is Destinee the GM from Jack's. Thank you for sharing your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that your recent order didn't meet expectations. We strive to provide generous portions, and it's clear we fell short. Your comments will be shared with our team for improvement. We hope to serve you better in the future. *****Update***** As you see the owner reached out on here and wanted me to go to the website and leave my information so that they could talk to me. I did so that same day they posted and as of September 22 haven’t heard a word from anyone
