After being a preferred Dunkin' customer for 15 plus years, I hate to leave such a negative review, but after multiple attempts of trying to order a sweet tea from this location, it is evident that the staff is not cleaning the equipment properly on a daily basis. Every time I have ordered sweet tea it leaves The taste in my mouth consistent with tea that has been left unattended for a week. I have never experienced this problem and any other Dunkin' location on such a consistent basis. The coffee and donuts here are good, unless you receive a donut with a hair, it can be a bit undesirable. Either put on hairnets, or be sure not to get your damn hair in our FOOD! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!

The other location says it's because they don't clean their machines. PLEASE try to make a change with your tea because it's not fair that we spend money just to get home and have to throw it away.
