Why I can't wait on the drive through? If I want to park up front, I will go in and enjoy the drink inside the building! I asked for a refund. I got a refund, but I still have to park the car up front to get a refund.

I felt like they didn't want me standing there at their donut counter. So I decided to leave and I left. I've had several look at me but never greeted me and being ignored is what upset me. Good morning sir will be with you in a moment would have been very nice to hear but no they didn't say anything to me just ignore me

But the last few times I’ve come to this location I’ve left with a bad taste in my mouth. (Literally) Coffee made wrong. Food cold. But today topped it all. I ordered mobile and went to pickup. The lady at the window was disgusting (scarf wrapped around head) attitude and all. She handed me my drinks and told me to have a good day and then got ugly when she had to reopen the window because she had blatantly ignored giving me the food I payed for. My coffee was made wrong. No cream or sugar & my hashbrowns had HAIR embedded in them. Yuck. From other reviews this seems like a repetitive issue. I will not be back to this location. 🤮🤮
