  I am genuinely so damn tired of employees here not putting enough food if I am paying 12 bucks for some food I expect to get 12 dollars worth of food they always act like it’s coming out of their own personal paycheck I am not a toddler stop giving me toddler portions

  SO RUDE!!!!. I went to the pickup window and the lady just stared at me like I didn’t belong there. Didn’t ask “what’s the name” like they usually do. Just stared. I said my name and she goes “I just need to know what your drink is” in a rude manner. I told her Coke and just shut the window. When she was handing me my food she sighed and acted like I was inconveniencing her and dramatically acted like she had to reach far to my car. I literally wasn’t far but ok. I said “thank you?” And she shut the window. Extremely rude and if that’s how it’s going to be I won’t come back, or I guess I’ll have to come in.

  I understand why they have lower ratings. I literally was served the Scrapping from bottom of the pan. Could have a least put remaining leftovers on a fresh pan .only like 5 pieces of steak in pan to be served. Really??? Do better

  How about we start with the fact this is the dirtiest Chipotle I’ve ever been too. Chipotle is marketed as the “nicer” Tex-mex option, but this is the actual last place I’ll go again. We wanted to stay and eat but there wasn’t a clean surface to eat on. The workers are some of the rudest and one of the workers hats was defying gravity how she had it perched, halfway cocked to the side on her head. She actually acted like she would rather be anywhere else other than earning the paycheck she signed up to receive. Next, you would think that when you’re making someone’s food, health code regulations would be followed, but not here. And definitely don’t ask for the small round tortillas because they get confused with that ask and it’s the actual last thing they want to do.

  Why they serve me burnt food i get all the way back to work from my break just to have to take my lunch back he did replace it with a lil nasty attitude which im the one who should have had the attitude. I regret not getting his name because I would have called corporate to letter know what type of service I received. Just giving people anything when there paying there hard earned money is unacceptable. Not to mention gas to high to be going back and fourth when it should had been done right the first time .i can honestly see why they only have a 3.9
