  First time visiting this location. Great wings, great service. My waitress, Bonnie, I think, was awesome. Food came out fast and hot. Garlic parm wings. I was very surprised at how big the wings were! I'll be back.

  I ordered delivery from Uber Eats. The delivery driver was great! But I ordered 2 strawberry lemonades, and NEVER got them. Our food was delivered without the drinks and when I contacted the delivery person he told me that he wasn't given drinks. I tried calling the number on Google maps and on their website (it was the same number) and no one answered and I kept receiving a message that no one is available to take my call and then I'd get disconnected. I tried calling 4 times! Previously we placed a delivery order and didn't get our dipping sauce! But the missing drinks really sent me over the edge. There's NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM EITHER!!!!! SUPER ANGRY ABOUT THIS POOR SERVICE AND LACK OF ATTENTION!

  I always order my food online because they have promotional deals in the app. I don’t think in all the times I’ve ordered food from this location they have ever got the whole order correct not even once. Usually just missing sauces I paid for about half the time they give me the completely wrong food. I show up after it’s supposed to be ready, wait 5-10 mins later might get it but they’ve never been able to complete an order right.

  Waited 45 minutes for our food at lunch. The restaurant wasn't too busy, yet no food was being sent out. I ran out of time on my lunch break, so I had to leave before we got our food. Had this problem in the past, hoped it had been fixed. But I guess not. If you only have an hour for lunch, don't waste your time going here.

  Yesterday was my first time going there, and I will not be going back. I saw a promotion online where if you spend $15 and you have a new account you can get a free cheeseburger. I ordered over $15 worth of food and the app was not working properly so I called and spoke with the manager and she said that sometimes the app does not work very well and if I wanted to just come in and tell her what cheeseburger I wanted, she would make it for me. When I got to the store, I don’t know what woman I spoke to, but she gave me 100 reasons why I could not get a free cheeseburger and none of them made sense. The sign was literally in the pick up room, and when I pointed it out, that’s when suddenly she wanted to give me the free cheeseburger and act differently. The cheeseburger was pretty gross and tasted like grease, but I can’t complain too much about it because it was free. I can, however, complain about the wings that I got. I live five minutes from the Buffalo wild wings so from the moment I picked up the wings and spoke to the woman about the cheeseburger I was home in less than 30 minutes. The wings were multiple hours old. They were rock, solid, dry, shrunken down due to their age, and still covered in feathers. They were not even edible. This is EXTREMELY disappointing considering this is a restaurant that specializes in wings!! Looking back, I should’ve brought them back and then refunded immediately, but I did not want to deal with them again. For my first experience there I was highly disappointed, and I will not be going back again.
