When I called to report my issue the lady hung up on me in the middle of my explanation, which makes the situation even worse! This last time they left my cheese off of my biscuit. How can you mess up a chicken filet with cheese but they did! All of the employees there never smile and when you ask for condiments upon getting your food they roll their eyes at you like it’s the worst thing in the world so they must all hate their life working there. I will drive a little farther to the Bojangles on Martha Berry who always has excellent service before I ever go back to the one on Redmond Circle in Rome Ga
