  No lettuce, extra cheese. I can't. We had 4 like this and the Dorito tacos were the same. There is not even half a serving on meat. I never call to complain, but this isn't what I paid for. You call the # and no answer, just a busy tone.

  This was one of the most horrendous experiences I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. The only positive I can say is that the wait wasn’t long, but in that they forgot multiple things from the order. The employees could care less about the experience the customer has. Had to go back to the store to correct the order. Still incorrect. This store is a pathetic excuse of an establishment. Taco Bell would be better off to scrap this location than have this represent their name.

  This store is always out of a handful of things. I don’t know who the general manager/truck order person is but they need fired. I swear yall run out of Baja Blast every single week, you’d think that means add another box of Baja Blast syrup to the next truck, nope. I usually am very patient with things like this but today their soda machine has lost carbonation. Also a lot of times the food is sloppily made, if you’re getting TB you’re way better off driving to Cedartown or Dallas, they actually have everything in stock and make everything neat and fresh. KFC you’re chill for the most part besides when the workers are too lazy to make a potpie. Taco Bell get it together! Edit to add: everyone in the window and counter are extremely nice and helpful, even the guys in the kitchen will jump to help you. It’s really all a truck order problem.

  Came to drive through and they said they have no beef and no chicken at 6 pm on a Tuesday…why are you even open?
