The person taking my order in the drive thru was being trained, no greeting, I was not asked if I needed any sauces. At the pick up door was handed wrong order and had to ask for the right one, when I asked for sauce he huffed. I got no “my pleasure “ . Call experience was about 20 minutes, which is the longest I have ever waited in a Chick-fil-A drive-through

I said last time I’d never eat at this one again when they didn’t put my jalapeno ranch in for the jalapeno ranch sandwich. After calling and speaking to who they claimed was the manager I was basically told that they couldn’t do anything about it because it was just a jalapeno ranch sauce, mind you, it’s literally what makes it a jalapeno ranch sandwich 🤦🏼♀️ I gave them another chance today against my better judgement and got the same exact thing only this time they left out my entire order of fries. This location needs a real manager.

- MMMegApr 4, 20262.0I went to eat here and the food was good but I had to ask for somebody to clean the table I then eat and sat for a good hour and a half and the dining room was a mess food on the ground from before I get here and table so bad people had to leave because they didn’t want to ask for them to clean it. I never once saw anybody come to clean. I did however watch them have a very long conversation in a group of front and back people it was not super busy but it’s gross! It was a Saturday 2:45 when we got here and it’s was 4:24 when we left. I feel like a bother to them when I want my table clean and when I need the dressing that was forgot. This is not the first time I’ve have a bad experience in the dining room being gross but this was by far the worst. For not that busy it should be cleaner. They did not just leave we watch two people leave that sit at the cleanest table in the area.
