Second off I ordered clearly and slowly and mic was on and off it was a struggle to order. While waiting a girl came to ask what was my order, come to find out of my order wasn’t even placed so they don’t even know and I had to restate my order completely, second time I order. Takes my card and doesn’t return it until I get to the actual food pick up, then I told them is this a grilled chicken sandwich? Twice and she said YES and rolled her eyes. I checked and I said this isn’t it and then gave me my food. I pull out and come to find out I am missing chic fil a sauce I paid for and a fruit bowl I paid extra for as well. I left because I done had it.

I choose to spend my hard earned money here at least 1-2 times a week consistently but with that said they have gotten my order wrong by leaving things out or charging me for things I didn’t order the past 6 times I have went through drive thru with only one other car being in the drive thru. I have gotten home and had to come back to receive things left out and this is the only CFA in my 40 years that doesn’t at least offer anything for their mistakes not that I expect it but every other CFA I have lived near goes above and beyond for exceptional customer service. Just need to work on making sure orders and receipts are correct! It’s been too many times to be a one off issue.

They couldn't find my order because my bag said Deb in a BLUE truck. When they find my order, the lid is not tight on the shake and the shake is dripping all over the outside of the cup. The chicken was burnt and very flat. Probably won't be going back there. Done with my rant. Now I need to go clean my steering wheel from the shake that was everywhere on the outside of the cup.

Sent me to the drive through at 9:05pm someone finally let me in. Drive thru 10 cars deep and not moving but got stuck and couldn’t get my food. Which they started prepping based on app timing at 8:56pm. Horribly rude kids and they are not with it on the service here at all. Most shameful CFA service I’ve ever experienced in my life.
