  i ordered a regular cheese pizza ahead of time at 5:45 and it’s now 6:37 and i’m still waiting on the pizza to be ready n the workers aren’t communicating anything about why the pizza isn’t ready yet smh it still only says preparing i would not recommend coming here if you’re in a rush smh even if u ordered ahead of time

  I wanted to shout out stanley that boi put his foot in that pizza an pasta I mean that food was so good they make you feel welcome when you come in the atmosphere of the restaurant is great I will be back more thank y'all again

  Unfortunately, this was probably the worst experience I’ve had with a Pizza Hut. I ordered the Triple Treat box with a pepperoni pizza, pesto margherita pizza, cheese sticks, Cinnabon rolls, and a 2-liter of root beer. The food itself was okay. They were out of root beer, which I completely understand. I’ve worked in the food industry, and sometimes you simply run out of things. My pesto margherita pizza, however, was missing the pesto drizzle. Normally I wouldn’t make a huge deal out of something like that, but I just moved to Atlanta from Texas, and strangely enough, I almost never receive the pesto drizzle when I order this pizza. I was genuinely hoping that moving to a completely different city and state might finally break that streak. Even that wasn’t what bothered me most. When I called the store to let them know, I was placed on hold for roughly 10–15 minutes. I understand being busy, so I eventually hung up and called back. My second call was immediately disconnected. On my third attempt, I finally reached someone and explained what happened. They offered either a refund or for me to come back and have the pizza remade. I declined both because I wasn’t calling to demand free food. I simply wanted to let them know that the tickets apparently weren’t being checked properly. Having worked in restaurants myself, I know the next customer whose order is missing something might not be nearly as understanding. What disappointed me was the complete lack of concern. There was no apology, no “thank you for letting us know,” or really any acknowledgment at all. Once I explained why I was calling, the employee simply hung up. Mistakes happen. Running out of products happens. Missing a topping happens. I can understand all of those things. Poor customer service after someone politely brings the problem to your attention is much harder to excuse. I hate saying it, but this made for a pretty crappy first dinner after moving to Atlanta, and easily the worst experience I’ve had with Pizza Hut.
