  My order was incorrect on two occasions. The third time the Manager actually answered my call and took my order. I was very specific about the crust I wanted and I even told her about the previous mishaps. She assured me she would handle it and not to worry. I picked up my order to find when I got home that my order was not right.I called to speak with the manager and while on hold heard a deal that would have been my actual exact order that I didn’t hear before which wasn’t offered to me. When I spoke with her I reminded her of my order and our conversation and she asked me as if I was annoying her so you didn’t get the garlic bread crusts? No ma’am. Ok well I will give you another pizza you have to come get it within 7days. Completely different attitude from our prior conversation. Then I see about two days later my transaction amount had been updated to include a $2 tip which I never signed or authorized. I didn’t even bother to call back. I will not be returning to that location. I suggest paying with cash if you go there.

  I’ve patronized this location lately and initially the service was amazing! Tonight, I ordered a simple 1 topping pizza and breadsticks. According to the app my order would be ready within 30 minutes. We waited in the parking lot, finally got to the window after sitting behind 4 cars only to be ignored, then to be told that the pizza was just getting in the oven. I asked for a manager, and was told that she was busy and couldn’t come to the window. As I waited because I couldn’t understand why the app would be this off (an additional 30 minute wait), and why the manager didn’t have time to address my concerns. As I sat there at the window the manger came around the corner and in total frustration dropped a customer pizza on the counter and shouted, here! Here you go!! She debated with the workers at the window and could care less that i was sitting there in disbelief of her behavior. I’ve gotten back in line and she’s miraculously available and talking with the customer in front of me. I’d like to speak to a general district manager. This was unacceptable, I’d like a full refund including the tip. Thank you

  Kenyetta was a great cashier/ host / manager very polite very helpful it was my 1st time coming to this Pizza Hut so she done an excellent job definitely will be back.. and food was delicious if she ain’t a manager she should definitely become 1

  Leslie made my visit exceptional! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and such a welcoming attitude. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. My order was ready quickly, the food was hot and fresh, and she checked to make sure I had everything I needed. It’s rare to find someone who provides customer service with such genuine kindness and professionalism. Thank you, Leslie, for making my Pizza Hut experience such a great one. I’ll definitely be back! 🍕😊👏

She handled the situation with professionalism, patience, and a calm demeanor, even under pressure. She kept everyone informed, de-escalated the situation, and made sure both customers and staff felt safe throughout the interaction.
