    So I wanted to do this privately with the GM but the associates that work here are so snooty and rude, and dont give any information when asked. So I will speak here and I know it’ll reach who it needs to! This location is closest to where I live so thats why I chose to dine with them but I value my time and my money. First, why tell people food will be ready in 15 minutes and it really takes 35-45 minutes to get food from the time you place the order. Second, there are only ever one or two employees working and two of them that work together on weekends LACK customer service skills. It takes them over 10 minutes to even acknowledge you when you come through the door. And when they do finally acknowledge you, their greeting is “what’s the name on the order” like really? The pizza making station is visible from the front counter so that associate can see guests. But also they have a bell on the door and at the drive thru. I witnessed a lady wait ten minutes in the drive thru before being greeted. I came in around 3:21pm, another guy came in after me and when an associate came out 13 minutes later she just went straight to him and didn’t even inquire who was in line first, very unprofessional in every way. But I didn’t cause a scene, I tried to show her my phone and it took her a minute to look at it and check for the food. Both associates have headphones in their eyes so they keep having to ask what guests are saying over and over. The guy who works the pizza making station mumbles so you can’t even understand him! It’s just always an overall bad experience! They go back and forth with guests when they are in the wrong and that just puts a bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully this reaches the manager because the proof is in the pudding. There’s a front facing camera right where guest stand when they come in, check it and the video will speak for itself! Please GM look into this because I actually enjoy the food most times but if the service doesn’t match, I rather take my business elsewhere! Thanks for your time!

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Experience at Pizza Hut! I had an excellent experience at Pizza Hut, and it truly deserves recognition. The general manager runs a tight, well-organized operation and sets the tone for great customer service. You can tell there’s real leadership here—everything flows smoothly, and the team works together effortlessly. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive from the moment I walked in. Everyone was welcoming, patient, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. It’s refreshing to see workers who clearly care about both the food and the customers. Most importantly, the food was fresh and hot. The pizza was made perfectly—fresh ingredients, great flavor, and cooked just right. You can taste the quality and consistency in every bite, which shows pride in their work. Overall, this Pizza Hut location stands out because of strong management, hardworking employees, and fresh, delicious food. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great pizza and even better service. 🍕👏

    I placed my online order at 7:47 PM at the location on 8411 Hwy 85 in Riverdale, GA. The app stated that my order would be ready in approximately 16 minutes, so I arrived at 8:10 PM expecting it to be available.Unfortunately, no one acknowledged or assisted me upon arrival. I waited in the store along with several other customers who were also complaining about incorrect or delayed orders and the lack of staff assistance. After waiting for quite some time, an employee finally asked for my name and then informed me about 13 minutes later that my order still was not ready. However, no estimated wait time, apology, adjustment, or compensation was offered for the inconvenience.At this point, it is now 8:53 PM, and I still have not received my order or any proper customer service. This experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating due to the poor communication, excessive wait time, and lack of concern for customers

    I Love this location, and the staff was A Plus!!! The Manager named Kesha was top tier and moving them orders when I came in!!! I highly recommend this spot!!

    I use to like this location. But after tonight I’m good. My order arrived over 25 minutes late. The driver gave us the food & walked off fast. Had to flag him down to give him a tip which is what I usually do with cash instead of card. Guess he thought he wasn’t getting one. I opened the pizza & it looked liked someone threw a bunch of pieces in a box. Or like the box was shook up. The pizza wasn’t even cut correctly. My whole order was cold. I called to complain. The person that answered was rude. I started out saying “I just received my order and it was late and the pizza wasn’t cut correctly.” Before I could finish telling her what was wrong she interrupted saying they are not responsible for the pizza being late. I said that was fine but the pizza was messed up. She asked for the ticket number. It was not a concerned tone. I told her I couldn’t find it as I tried to look for it. She kept asking for the ticket number. As soon as I found it She instantly put me on hold. I waited almost 5 minutes before realizing she wasn’t coming back. I called back & was hung up on. I called again, when I tried to talk, she put me on hold instantly. I called again, luckily someone else answered. She gave me a credit for my order. After offering to remake the pizza. I’m not eating at a place that thought it was ok to give someone this. Where’s my apology. I wasn’t rude. i didn’t raise my voice, I didn’t use bad language. I want a refund. It’ll be a long time before I eat Pizza Hut again. This put a bad taste in my mouth. I’m pregnant and was trying to find something to feed my kids to take a break from cooking tonight. This was very stressful.
