- NMNorberto MartinezSep 4, 20261.0I placed an order online and the app said it would be ready in less than 15 minutes. I intentionally waited about 45 minutes before going to pick it up, so there was more than enough time for the order to be prepared. When I arrived, the woman at the register kept insisting that my order was not in the system and told me I would have to wait another 10 minutes after paying. I had selected pay in store only because the online card payment was not working. When I said I was no longer willing to wait and wanted to cancel, she was completely unhelpful. I ended up paying, and somehow the pizza came out only about 4 minutes later. That makes it very hard to believe it actually needed another 10 minutes and made the entire situation feel unnecessarily difficult. To make things worse, the pizza was undercooked, overly doughy, and clearly not prepared properly. After waiting far longer than the original estimate, dealing with poor customer service, and then receiving badly cooked food, the entire experience was unacceptable. Extremely disappointed with this location and I would not recommend it.
- JMJ MarieSep 1, 20265.0Carey, the manager was absolutely amazing. I had an issue with a previous order and she went above and beyond to resolve the matter with a smile. I really appreciated the outstanding customer service. She deserves a RAISE !!!!!! Thank you so much Carey!

- DEDominique EdwardsAug 19, 20261.0My pizza wasn’t fully cooked and my order wasn’t correct.
- PRPaulette RAug 15, 20261.0I ordered from this location last night and was very disappointed with the quality of the food. One pizza was overcooked, while the other was undercooked. With the cost of food these days, I expect to receive a properly prepared meal when I spend my hard-earned money. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won’t be ordering from this location
