  Lived in this areas since 2009 Service here the best papa John’s I’ve been too! It never fails - this is my go to for ordering pizza! I don’t receive stale or hard food, it’s always hot and good. And the timing is quicker than any other pizza spot in the area. It’s always a stress saver after getting off of a 12 hour shift and I need something good hot and quick for the family! And the employees are always nice to me atleast in my experience- they’re usually simple and quick!

  This was supposed to be a steak, cheese and mushroom sub. WHERE THE HELL IS THE STEAK? Sure doesn't look like the one on-line.

  I placed a takeout order through the Papa John’s website, and the order was delivered by DoorDash. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. When my order arrived, my drink was missing. I called the store to have the missing item delivered, but I was told that I would have to pay a delivery fee, despite the fact that the missing item was due to an error on the store’s behalf. When I questioned this, I was told I could receive a refund for the drink, and then the call was abruptly disconnected. After opening the pizza box, I discovered that I had received a sausage pizza instead of the pepperoni pizza that I had ordered. I called the store again to report the additional mistake. During that call, I was asked whether I was under the influence, which I found extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. The employee then hung up on me. I contacted corporate customer service for assistance. However, I was informed that the store itself would need to process the refund. After corporate contacted the store, I was told that the manager did not want to issue a refund, despite the fact that my order was incorrect and incomplete. Throughout this process, the individual I spoke with who appeared to be a member of management was rude, repeatedly disconnected calls, refused to allow me to speak with another manager, and provided different names when identifying herself. As a customer, I found the entire interaction unacceptable.
