  I had a mobile order and was n the drive thru 30mins total til I got my food. Idk if they were under staffed or what but a drive thru should move constantly n not have the cars sitting waiting that lng!! If it hadn't been for my son needing food I would've lft!! Very disappointed bc this one is close to my house but I'd rather go to the other one bc they have the line moving constantly n my food it hot n fresh doesn't taste like it's been sitting n reheated.

  Time I payed for my order was told to pull up after seeing every car that was in front of me pulled up as well. AGAIN STOP TRYING TO CHEAT THE CLOCK. Yall speed of service sucks and it’s too hot to be pulled up 5 to 10 mins on fast food what’s the point?

  I would like to start saying that I have never in my life, had workers sitting outside smoking and disrespecting customers as they drove up. I was told that they was on break which is understandable and when I asked how long was the break because I had just got off from working a third shift at 2 AM and was willing to wait a bit. One of the workers laughed and completely told me to go to cookout instead and that they were going to be on break for two hours They then proceeded to continue disrespecting me and saying I must be a stripper because I work late, which was absolutely mortifying To hear on Mother’s Day at that all I wanted was to get something because everything else was closed and I have been working from 6 PM until 2 AM I will make sure to call and contact the health department as well because they also started serving food to people. They knew that drove up there. Going back inside to make other people’s order that pulled up without paying. As they continue to shoo other customers away. The manager on duties name was Timothy and I’m not sure about the rest of the coworkers but everybody on that shift at 2 AM May 10th 2026

  The customer service in.the drive thru was very good each person was kind and polite. The food was hot and fresh.

  Nasty attitude some of the employees with the biggest problem is the incompetence. This is the third time I pulled up at one of the drive-through because there’s a vehicle at the other and the employee continue taking orders skipping me over and over and then their excuses I didn’t see you there.
