So after I walk to another store, get change, come back. I ordered a large frozen, triple mocha. And she hands me a medium, and I asked her, and she goes, she charged you for a medium, so she didn't give me what I asked for. And on top of that, I said, I have 4 pennies for the change instead, looks at me and says, no, and still hands me a bunch of change that I didn't want

On April 25, I ordered a Mocha Shaken Espresso (order #2237) while on my way to work. After leaving the store, I discovered that the drink tasted more like chocolate milk rather than the coffee I had ordered. I attempted to call the store multiple times using the listed phone number, but no one answered. The following morning, I returned to the location with a photo of my order number and supporting information from my app, as my purchase included more than just the coffee. I requested to speak with a manager but was informed that no manager was present. I then asked if my drink could be remade, explaining that I had tried to call and would have returned sooner if I had not been on my way to work. Unfortunately, I was told that my order number and app confirmation were insufficient and that a physical receipt was required. I explained that I did not retain the receipt, as I did not anticipate an issue with my order. I also asked if my order could be looked up using the order number, but this request was not accommodated. I again requested to speak with a manager and was informed that the manager, Tamara, would not be available until Saturday, April 25. This experience does not reflect the level of customer service I have come to expect from Dunkin’. I have never encountered an issue like this at any other location, and I find this situation unacceptable. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
