We tried to cancel the order because the pizza wasn't going to be ready for another hour, but the app wouldn't let us cancel and it showed us that ALL THREE ORDERS WENT THROUGH! We called the store and the AI wasn't helpful no matter what we told it, then it put on both on hold for multiple calls. No one picked up. She's been on hold for over 20 minutes. This is BS. She's going to dispute the orders. But it looks like the driver is on the way and it still won't let us cancel.

As soon as we realized that all 3 went through, I tried to call to cancel the two orders that gave me errors. The AI assistant is useless. I've been on hold for 15 minutes. I AM GOING TO DISPUTE THESE CHARGES ON MY CARD. This store is also 40 minutes away from me, and for some reason it was the one the app automatically connected me to? Especially when theres another store 8 minutes away. So that was annoying anyway. I AM NOT PAYING FOR THIS.
