  The call center is not helpful. They have to call the store to speak with someone instead of transferring you. The restaurant gave my food to someone else and I didn't any call back regarding it after calling twice. I originally ordered my food at 6:30pm and had to go through so many calls just to try to get my phone before closing. It is 8:20pm and still do not have my food, in hopes, everything is correct with quality. I deserve more from them for such the difficulty I experienced. The food is mediocre. I would never recommend the chicken cheesteak sandwich and Cajun fries.

  went here cause i was craving charley's and i had a coupon. ordered the teriyaki meal. i wanted cheese fries, but forgot to ask for cheese, so i ordered separate. i paid cash to add the cheese, he told me it was $1 more. i gave him a $5, but i'm so used to using my card that i didn't really count the cash. i realized later on that he only gave me $3 back. the guy gave himself a tip cause he ripped me off.
