- NNnjnatl09Sep 19, 20261.0I went to this Bojangles Friday and became sick as a dog eating their bow rounds vomiting for most of the morning. I wasn't positive It was because of Bojangles, but was about 80% sure only thing I ate. I just so happen to tell my coworker about the situation, and she explained to me she went to that same exact bojangles on highway 85 that same morning, and she had been feeling nauseous all day. I reported this to the manager Delores not to get my money back or get anything free. But just let her know my experience, and perhaps maybe speak to the staff see if the grease was changed that morning. Were there any other complaints etc. Instead she immediately became defensive, claiming how does she know it was this bojangle as if i just called a random bojangles to complain and its nothing she can do about it . Dolores then started talking over me which caused me to have to raise my tone and she hung up on me. Very unprofessional and she is definitely not leadership material.

I ordered chicken tenders they were cold and the biscuit was hard as a rock. They had no food prepared in the front so was hoping it was fresh. Boy was I wrong. I gave my back and said it was cold and biscuit was hard. She refried hard as a rock and gave me another biscuit. I will stick with a the OLD National location. They are always fresh and consistent! Won’t ever go to 85 again!

She finally came to the window for the payment. She came back to tell me they didn't have anymore rice ready and it will take 15-20 minutes before it will be ready. I told her I had to go, she get very unprofessional talking loud to her co-workers so I can hear her. I told her to forget about the rice and give me the rest of my order and i told her manager about her employee nasty attitude and just keep my refund. I just wanted to leave because of this person mess. I get on the road only fries and napkins in the bag. I will never go back to this place. She unprofessional and she need more customer services training and look professional. Wasted of money at this place.
