  Horrible the staff is awful doesn't want to do anything then you hit the button and wait over 10 minutes until doordash tells you to leave without order

  The food was good I was just upset because we ordered three small things through the app and got there checked in and 3bcars pulled in after us and got their food first. I had to stop the employee and ask where our tots were

  After a long day at the hospital my husband wanted a burger and drink from the ringgold location ok no problem where the problem comes in my order was wrong I was not given a receipt I didn't even go out of the parking lot I whipped back around told the guy I guess he was a Mgr they give me the wrong order I repeated my order again pull up to the window the same guy that give me the wrong order asked for 6 dollars and change i told him I had paid the so called Mgr is telling him I got the order so he brings it to the window he said cheeseburger and tots right I looked at him and said a double sonic cheese but #4 right he said yes I get home 5 minutes away after trusting this guy it was a regular cheeseburger throwed together dry on one side the meat was about to fall off I was furious they wouldn't pick the phone up. So I ended up going to McDonald's to get my husband's meal. What a let down from this sonic after a long day at the hospital! I give them a zero at this point I want be going back I'll tell my family and friends not to waste their time at this location.!!
