My wife and I ordered 2 drinks and a jr burger at this sonic. Waited 20 min, got drink wrong, had to push button several times just to get someone else to answer. Finally got everything and was leaving and there is every employee standing outside smoking. None of them was giving a care in the world about their customers. Sorry excuse for a sonic. Won't be back and dont bother ev3n stopping there.

Got a doordash order at 1139 pm on April 29th 2026 got there and they said they have been closed for an hour even though it clearly says they don't close till midnight, this is absolutely rediculous and unacceptable.

I am not one to leave negative reviews. Times are very hard and people do need to work. Once again, people do need to actually work at their jobs when they show up. I placed my Order and paid for it on the App at 3:20 pm and was told that at 3:28 pm it would be ready. When I arrived at this particular Sonic, the line was wrapped around the building. Unfortunately this is very common for this location on a daily basis. I figured it would be different today and perhaps they have gotten faster. I did not get pulled up to the pickup window until almost 4:00.
Now this is the main reason for this review. While I was sitting in my truck, after being told that part of my order was just now being made after sitting there for almost 45 minutes. I looked in and could see a manager sitting on a stool with her legs crossed on her phone scrolling while occasionally staring off into space like they were having a slow day. While she was sitting there, it was complete chaos inside with the other workers trying to get food made and orders out. Not one time during the additional 5-10 more minutes I was there did this manager get up to help or lend a hand. This reflects very poorly on Sonic as a brand and needs serious attention/help. I know for a fact that the local schools and teachers avoid going to this particular location sometimes because of how slow/bad the wait time is. This location could very much thrive and do well, so it is very unfortunate. Until this gets resolved, I don’t know if I will be back because it’s not worth my time/money. I truly hope someone from Corporate takes notice soon because it is only getting worse.
Y’all currently have a rating of 3.2 as of (04/13/26) and most of the time the poor reviews are for how long the wait is. Please do something more than “Forwarding it to the Management Team.” Get someone in there from higher up and start shaking things up. Otherwise you will need to close down this location and lose money in the process. The saying, “If you fix it, they will come,” rings so true right now. Please send help to this Sonic location. Make this location the Money Grabber that it could be.

As a sonic patron, this location was the absolute worst I’ve ever experienced. Not only did our food come out incorrectly, after going to the door and requesting for it to be remade - waiting an additional 25 minutes for it to be done which is extremely absurd, it was still given to me incorrectly. The manager on duty was VERY rude - yelled at me when I requested a refund and slammed the door in my face while i was still talking after telling me to contact corporate for my refund. Her excuse was that she only had 1 cook…which is understandable but as a consumer, that isn’t my problem. I waited almost 30 minutes for an order that we didn’t even eat because it was incorrect nor did we feel comfortable eating it because of the customer service we received. I do not recommend this location at all and judging by the reviews, nobody else does either! We don’t live close to a sonic so we were excited to go to one while traveling only to leave highly disappointed and disrespected in my opinion. Thankfully I recorded the interaction with the manager and have forwarded it to corporate. If you don’t like to serve others, that manager should think about looking for another job because she’s horrible at hers and clearly can’t work under pressure.
