  1 star.... The woman who was serving gave my husband something he didnt order.... when he confronted her she was rude and walked away with the entire bag of food she also cut him off mid order and ended to where he couldn't order anything else.... DO BETTER!

  Employees are nice, it just seems to be understaffed or not managed well because they're really slow. They also don't fix the food and drinks properly for Doordash deliveries. (They don't cover milkshakes or seal the bags.)

  I’ve definitely had my last time of going to this Sonic. It’s the closest one to us, about 3 to 5 minutes away, but it still took my husband 30 to 40 minutes to get our two shakes and my cheesecake shake wasn’t even made right. It tastes more like vanilla and there’s not even the graham crackers in it. This is not the first occurrence; it always takes forever, with or without a line. He said it looked like there were two workers in there. There is definitely a bigger problem to this location than just who might be working.

  Long wait times every single day for the entire 6 months I have lived here. Seems that management has not tried to improve this nor will they ever. Sitting here for over 30 minutes. Have left multiple times in past without food. Leaving now for the last time. Easier to drive to Ft. Oglethorpe.

  Placed a mobile ordet at 2:57pm said it would br ready at 3:03pm and i didnt get there until 3:05pm, i checked in and it wasnt ready. No biggie. Happens i dont mind to wait a few minutes but 45 minutes before i get my food is unacceptable, ive been in and out at dine in restaurants ordering in person faster than i was at this sonic. This place is horrible. Not to mention that i saw multiple cars pull in, park and order after i had got there for them to get their food first.
