  We enjoy going to Jefferson's. Food is good and service is as well. The only concern we continually encounter is their hosts that are responsible for seating are oblivious to the accessibility needs of people. They lead a person with a walker through paths that are too narrow to navigate and then offer seating that doesn't address the needs of the party. And when asked for a different table they appear put out. Simply observing and asking if a booth is ok would have solved the issue.

  Second time here. Jessie was our server. Super friendly and good attitude. Had the honey bqq Mac n cheese. Definitely recommend trying it if you haven’t. Doesn’t break the bank either. Good time good ppl good food

  I seriously never complain or makes reviews. We come here a lot & never had any issue. We had the WORST experience. My husband, myself, & our three kids came for a late lunch / early dinner. We all ordered our food & then it was brought out, except for mine. A few minutes pass and my husband asks if mine is almost ready & he replied with he’ll check on it. Then comes back out saying he totally forgot to put it in & he was sorry (whatever, people mess up). My husband reminds him of the signature sauce & he said he put it in that way. He leaves , comes back and says 7 minutes lmao. So 34 minutes later, I still don’t have food, my kids are ready to leave & im asking for it to be removed from our check because what the hell. Then it magically appears when I ask for the removal and it’s my food was still wrong lmao. Furious doesn’t explain the waste of time just endured.

  Plans fell through and decided to have lunch in Ringgold. Jeffersons looked appealing so we gave it a shot. Fried pickles, great. They were thinly sliced and lightly battered. Fried mushrooms, just as good. All our sandwiches and burgers were great. The sides, and between our group, had a few were all really good. I’m picky about coleslaw, and I really enjoyed it. The potato salad was really good. Nothing, however, compared to our server, Kim. I’ve eaten in countless restaurants in my life. Kim was one of, if not the best, servers I’ve ever had. She was on the spot with every aspect of the meal. All the usual stuff about great service, but the way she engaged everyone at the table. She was funny, had interesting topics, and made everyone in the group feel like a friend. And… she managed all that without being the awkward long talker that hangs around too long. I guess this really just turned into a review of Kim. 10 out of 10, no notes.
