- BBBlake Browning5 days ago1.0I arrived today 10/10/26 to pickup an online order I placed. It was a busy weekend morning, so it’s understandable that the order may have been misplaced. The young African American woman working the register and a middle aged African American woman who seemed to be the GM or shift manager of the store were helpful and kind. But, in the confusion a middle aged Caucasian woman who seemed to also be a potential shift manager or assistant manager was extremely rude to me. They couldn’t locate my order details so I politely asked if she wanted to see the order on my phone, then presented it to her. She scolded me for no reason and then when I tried to clarify that I was just trying to help she refused to apologize for the scolding. This is unacceptable. And if she is some sort of manager she needs to be spoken to about how she interacts with customers to ensure this isn’t repeated behavior.
