  I ordered a drive through pick up order via the app. It was just 1 drink and they said i had to wait and pull forward. So I did and 8 other cars came and gone and I’m still sitting there waiting for my drink. So i reverse back to the window and behold my now melted drink is in the window. The person at the window didn’t apologize or offer to make it again. Terrible experience as usual anytime I go to sonic.

  I'm absolutely over this Sonic. I've come to the Sonic multiple times and for a while they had it together and got everything perfect. I'm a peanut butter milkshake fan and the last two times I got the peanut butter milkshake. There was no peanut butter in it. It tasted like vanilla ice cream. The sad part is I order extra peanut butter and I pay a dollar for extra peanut butter. Second, there was like chunks of ice particles in it. It was absolutely horrible. I Will not be going back to that Sonic at all ever. And the cool part is about Sonic is they just fixed their rewards program to actually give you some good rewards. But that's all over for me. Good luck! I hope you have a better experience

  Do not recommend this Sonic. $48 of food ordered. Two Cheeseburgers were wrong, one kid burger was missing. Took over 15 minutes to get the missing cheeseburger and it wasn’t what was ordered! Terrible customer service, acted like it was a burden to make the burger they forgot.

  Received a burger that was overcooked, dried out, stale, and room temperature as if it had been sitting out all day. Even the bun was a little hard. & I received no fries with my combo. To top it off, the sweet tea wasn’t even sweetened. Don’t waste your money. Trust me, that parking lot is always empty for a reason. Lesson learned.
