- THTashikko Heningburg2 days ago1.0Whoever the young guy working on 10/1 at 1 pm, needs to be talked to by the manager. He looked at me and completely turned his back and never acknowledged me while I was inside the store. I left because of this. That is absolutely unacceptable. Do better. Organization is not good either as I’ve been twice before and both times they “lost my ticket” and I had to repeat my order to them and wait longer although I made a mobile order.

Both time, I was met with the same experience; walking up to the counter, employees matching my eye contact, none of them addressing, while the store manager barks orders from the drive thru. Both times, after awkwardly standing there for a good five minutes, someone finally addressed me, and I said I had a mobile order. As they scrambled to find it, both times, they were by the drive thru window, even though I placed it to be picked up in store so I wouldn’t have to bother anyone, but the employees couldn’t be bothered to help me.
