I’ve mentioned it to team members and an assistant manager on multiple occasions, but the issue seems unchanged. What’s confusing is that the Dunkin’ in Port Wentworth serves the same coffee with the consistency I’ve come to expect, so I wonder if there may be a brewing issue at this location. I’m sharing this feedback simply because I enjoy coming here and hope the quality can be brought back to the level it once was.

I wanted to use the drive thru but the menu was turned off and the associate said if I wanted to see the menu I had to come inside. I went inside but the helper seemed to say that I could not order specialty items (coffee roll) in my dozen donut box without paying the full price of the item in addition to the full cost of a dozen donuts. This seemed an unfair practice so I left without ordering anything.
