I genuinely respect the people at Arby's. The ones who show up are always compensating for the staff shortages. The wait at the drive through is a bit extended but I usually have a pretty decent experience with the employees. Today, the man at the window on August 12 at 1128 am was stellar. He was so polite, a rarity today with some fast food places.
THANK YOU ARBY'S FOR BRINGING THE PECAN CHICKEM SALAD SANDWHICH BACK!!!

If you want to wait 29 minutes before receiving your sub par, ice cold food, this place is for you! Leaving this location without so much as a Sorry for the wait, nor a Thank you after this kind of wait and being out of stock for several of my requested items made it easy to have decided this location will never be visited by me nor my family again. Let's not forget to mention I found what appears to be a small bone in one of the roast beef sandwiches.
I understand sometimes it takes a little time to do things, but at one point, the shift lead told me 'we are only waiting on 1 more medium curly fry' I then saw no less than 5 fry orders for drive through fulfilled before they realized I was still waiting in the lobby, and my order still wasn't completed 10 minutes later.
They didn't mention anything about it, but they must have ran out of the dip for the French dip...or probably just forgot because, well....par for the course. I was unfortunately too impatient to verify I didn't have the 'dip' for my 'french dip'
My visit was nothing short of apalling.
Waited over 20 min for the car in front of me to get their food, then I finally pull up to the window and no one comes to the window. The guy inside was talking on his phone. I ended up pulling off.
Absolute worst fast food location, not just Arby’s, but of any fast food location I have ever been to in my life. Multiple instances with them of horrible customer service. This time, I placed an online order, went to the drive-thru to pick it up, and everyone that approached was sitting there for 5+ minutes each. Then I noticed several pick up trucks literally drive over the curb to get out of line. That’s when I realized they were completely ignoring drive-thru customers without even the courtesy of coming to the mic & saying they can’t take drive-thru orders at this time. I drove around several times until the last car left the drive-thru window & drove up to the window to let them know that I had placed a mobile order & wanted a refund since it had been over 30 minutes. I could see at least 5 women working & handing orders to dine in customers. But again, they completely ignored me as if they didn’t see me at the window. When I finally waved my arm frantically enough to get someone’s attention, she came to the window & lied & said she was the only person working, even though I could clearly see 6 other people behind her, that they had my cold mobile order from 40 minutes ago ready this whole time, did not offer to remake my order hot and fresh, no apology, & told me she could not process my refund. So I had to sit in the parking lot another 15 minutes until I got someone online at the Arby’s 800 number & will have to wait a week for my refund. They should all be fired & the location shut down because they are ruining Arby’s reputation.

I ordered from DoorDash and added 2 orders of 2 piece peach cobblers. We had them before and were looking forward to having them again. When we picked up our order, we asked them to make sure that everything was in there because we have had it happen before where we pick up an order or it’s delivered from DoorDash and something is missing. This is a common pattern with this Arby’s location. When we arrived home, we noticed items were missing and poorly packaged. The food tasted very bland. When we realized we had missing items, we decided to drive back to Arby’s and by this point it was past 11 PM. This was an inconvenience as well. We asked to get the peach cobblers that we did not receive and the person who claimed he was “The manager” said that the items were unavailable and that if we wanted a refund, we needed to contact DoorDash. We informed him that we already tried that and our attempts were unsuccessful so that we would like a refund in person. We asked to get a refund for the items that were not in our bag. The person who claimed he was a manager denied to give us a refund and was completely dismissive and disrespectful. Upon arriving home around 11:15, I checked to see if we can order the peach cobbler and it turns out that we can!! So they’re not even changing anything in the system to let people know that items are unavailable AND denying refunds. That is robbery. It almost seems like they just didn’t want to work, because how is it that your “system is down” and items are not available but you also can’t give refunds.
This was absolutely ridiculous and I would still like my refund. Items below show the poorly packaged food, my order, and that you could still order items that were supposedly unavailable.
