  No sanitation code posted. Manager asked an employee to come from his break and help the front. He came from lobby on his phone and went straight to handling food. No handwashing and we all know how dirty and germy our phones are. They didn't give us half of our order. We had to ask for it. Had to ask for napkins and were given 3. Had to say "sir" lots of time to get someone's attention. Employees dressed sloppy. I wouldn't go back

  Went to this McDonald’s this morning to get a large caramel iced coffee get it on the kiosk as they ask kiosk did not print a receipt. Six customers came behind me got the food before me. I had to go to work asked for a refund. Had to wait for management to come from outside management came inside. I told him I had to go to refund the money but your receipt kiosk didn’t print one. It didn’t print one. They always print it. That’s what I told him. They said well it’s gonna take me longer a refund than it is to just make it just walked off and started making it so I left you can’t make me take something that you just gonna throw together and then after you take it, you went and talked trash behind the counter. I don’t know why they being in a rush because I paid for a service to fast food then tried to call the store. The number is disconnected so now I’m out of money out my coffee and leave for work.Sorriest McDonald’s ever

  Ordered on the app, drive 7 mins to pickup in drive thru, was asked to pull forward to wait in the parking lot for another 8 minutes and watched the cars behind me get their food. I went inside to request a refund where they tried to offer me cold food and took several more minutes to issue a refund. So sad that of the employees nobody seemed to know what was going on. There were others inside who were complaining du to the wait also. Get it together!

  Sooooo my experience was absolutely terrible at this location. Because of dietary needs I ordered my fries with no salt and I got them with extra. Cool no problem happens from time to time. I returned them and the young man Tae at the counter told me to throw them in the trash no problem. I waited about 10 minutes and asked if my fries were coming up because at this point the rest of my order is getting cold. He said they coming we had to drop more you want em or not and began to get nasty. I replied I’ve been waiting awhile and he said you gonna wait some more or you could leave. His manager asked what I was waiting for and told him to go to another area and don’t take things so personally. He walked over to the fry area took a large fry box leaned over it at which point his manager a shorter lady with braids asked him to clock out and go home. Then he attempted to hand them to me and I said no thank you o don’t want food you spit in and he said oh aight and walked away at which point the manager came behind him and handed me the fries. This is by far the most disgusting experience I’ve ever had with food service in life. He certainly should not be handling anyone’s food. This should be dealt with on deeper level as I’m sure McDonalds doesn’t serve spit. Safe to say l’ll NEVER return to this location nor should he.

  Zero stars for the experience, five for the employees. Dining room order of 2 sandwiches and a 6 piece nugget meal took 20 MINUTES. There was only 5 others ahead of me in the store. The food was barely even warm by the time I got it. This location should not accept pickup orders, doordash or delivery. They don't have the capacity. The employees are working so hard to keep up and they just can't. They are absolutely overwhelmed. Yelling for pickup and doordash with no one there to grab it. Huge McDelivery bags being packed. Poor guy running in and out for pickup spots. Meanwhile, inside diners are just sitting there...waiting. McDonald's is supposed to be FAST FOOD. Stop the pickup orders if you can't handle the volume.
