  Highly disappointed in this Arby’s . At 4:52pm on 7/6/26 I got no service at the drive through decided to go inside and still didn’t get any service . It’s really sucked because I’m not from this the area.

  At 10:38 I was told that they were closing at 10:49 (random) and would not cook the sandwich that I asked about. I was limited to food that was already leftover, like… a lot of mozzarella sticks. Are you for real? Don’t advertise open until 11.

  This was by far the WORST Arby's I have ever been to. The person taking my order at the counter was friendly, however, she was also the person that had to fill the orders once the food was prepared. There was no one in front of me when I ordered, but people started arriving after my order was placed. Instead of checking to see if my order was ready and putting it to a tray to give us, she continued taking orders. By the time she did get around to checking our order, ALL of the food was cold. The 2 child chicken tenders looked like they had been refried several times and one was completely unsalvageable. The fries looked like they were leftover bits scraped from the bottom of a pile and were cold. The Mac & cheese was clumpy and cold and ALL of our sandwiches were cold. I ordered a side of Au Jus and it looked like a really weak cup of tea and tasted horrible. We ended up throwing away over 2/3 of the food we ordered. That was the biggest waste of time and money spent at ANY Arby's to date.

  It seems that my favorite place to eat no matter where I travel all Arby's are out of something at all restaurants. Do y'all not keep it stocked?

  I would not recommend going to this establishment no matter how hungry you are. We ordered our food (three roast beef sandwiches, one order of fries and a childrens chicken tenders). We waited approximately 20 minutes for our food and there was only one person that was already seated and eating in the dining area. Our sandwiches were served cold and the fries looked like they had been scraped off the bottom of the fryer. Never again.....
