This is the worst Arby's order the Roast beet dip it did not even have a quarter of the meat show in picture. Mac and cheese only had a have cup fill but paid full price. So don't go there or check order before paying.

This was such a disappointment. First time in a year I was like let me try something a little different, wife suggested Arby's I said ok, roast beef sandwich is all they have but sure. well I didn't even get that I got a sliver of meat sandwich. I expected more especially when the logo is "we have the meat" yeah they might have the meats they just ain't giving to you.

I would do half a star if I could. Spent $32 at the store. Asked the lady running the drive thru at this date: 04-21-2026 time:12:50 in the afternoon noon. Proceeding to get my food i ask her to give me one handful of Arby’s sauce. I drive home, pulled out my food for my family to find I have three sauces to split between everyone. So I drove back to the store and asked for the handful I asked for in the first place and directly offered to pay for it.
I believe my words were, you are welcome to charge me for the sauce but I need the amount I want as a paying customer.
The woman involved decide that they would rather go back and forth with me yelling and screaming about how I don’t need a handful of sauce.verses than the customer is always right policy.
End results were all of us screaming at each other in the store in front of everyone as they wanted instead of just giving me the sauce as I already had to drive back to the store for it.
Absolutely unbelievable and inconsiderate to the gas prices now a days.
We will not be back and the manager should be fired for actually continuing to escalate me and the controlling of the amount of sauce I have for my food and family.
I truly hope that Arby’s works out the hiring of elderly people - they have no tolerance for service industry work such as customer service.
They simply want to trauma dump on your customers and keep everyone from your delicious sauce.

I would give it 0 if I could as I never got to order. I was at the drive thru on April 18, 2026 at aprox. 815Pm. I waited after being asked to hold for a minute. I sat there 5 minutes. The vehicle behind me backed out and left. I asked if they forgot about me. I was told they were taking another customers order and would be with me in a minute. When I pulled in I noticed people walking out of the dining room and no one at the register. I waited for another 5 minutes. Then pulled away. When I pulled around the building I saw why I had to wait. The heavy set white girl working the window was hanging out the drive thru talking with men in the parking lot. Not taking orders. I gather flirting maybe trying to get a hook up or something for later. Last time I visit thay Arby's.

Avoid this Arby's in Richmond Hill (Store #01802).
We placed a simple mobile order at 2:29 PM thinking it would save time. Instead, it turned into a 32-minute wait for basic fast food—and the sandwiches were cold when we finally got them.
When we arrived, we were told they were “very busy” and asked to pull around. Then an employee (Heather) came out and told us they were too busy to bring orders outside, so my wife went in to wait. Meanwhile, that same employee proceeded to run orders out to multiple other cars while we stood there waiting. Completely inconsistent and frustrating.
It gets worse—another customer told us this location routinely puts mobile orders at the bottom of the list. If that’s true, then what’s the point of ordering ahead?
The manager on duty, Ebony Davis, was completely dismissive. No apology, no effort to fix the situation—just attitude. It honestly felt like she didn’t care at all and was daring us to complain.
The overall environment was uncomfortable and unprofessional. One employee even seemed afraid to provide the manager’s name when asked, which says a lot about how this place is being run.
Bottom line: slow service, cold food, poor management, and zero accountability. This location seriously needs new leadership.
