  Service was absolutely terrible. We were on our way home and stopped for a quick lunch, or at least we thought it would be. We ordered on the kiosk and never got a receipt but were told it went through and it would be out shortly. 10 minutes later I went back up to the counter and no one helped or came up to me for 5 minutes. Eventually someone said it was printed and would be out shortly again. Another 10-15 minutes go by so go back up to the counter which took an additional 5 to 10 minutes because no one was upfront, everyone was standing in the kitchen area with their backs turned towards us. Finally we were told that the item we ordered they were out of and were still working on it. Had we known this when we ordered we would have chosen something else and saved 35 minutes of waiting around. Terrible communication and service from all employees at this establishment. Avoid if you are trying to get "fast" food.

  This is the worst McDonald's ever. The employees are roof, service is terrible, the food is nasty and you have to wait forever for your food. It has been this way for as long as I remember so they don't care. Also the parking lot and driveway will damage your car

  Couldn't use the stinky restroom due to people camping out in the stalls. An unpleasant facility. Walked out & didn't want to see what the kitchen looked like.

  Low rent. Terrible conditions. Don't see how they call it a Choice Hotel.

  By far one of the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever walked in. Floors dirty drink spilled was there over 15 min before anyone ever attempted to clean up , kiosk dirty and nasty and other one didn't work. Everyone looked and acted like it was an inconvenience to be there. No greeting of any customer. Manager handling everything not once cleaning his hands doors backs touching counters clothes not to mention he's a manager his appearance should reflect. Shirt hanging out of pants, wrinkles and appears just dirty. So much chaos a customer shouldn't have to see
