- MFMaiya Fuller-Howard3 days ago3.0I visit this Dunkin’ twice a week and regularly order both the pumpkin spice coffee chiller and signature latte, so I’m familiar with the difference. This morning, my chiller was missing the marshmallow and topping. The drive-thru employee was sweet, but she and the manager explained the drinks as though I had ordered incorrectly, leaving me feeling scolded rather than heard. The manager “remade” the drink by only adding topping and no marshmallow- so I left without the drink I ordered. The manager’s concern was keeping the line moving, but I order the same drink on a weekly basis and know I ordered correctly. I am disappointed with the service I received this morning.
