  I had the absolute worst experience at this Papa John’s, and after being a loyal customer of this location for over four years, I am extremely disappointed and disturbed by what happened. I placed my order online at 11:15 AM, and the app indicated that my order was ready. When I arrived around noon, my order was not ready. The employee who identified himself as DJ King appeared frustrated that he was one of the only people working and proceeded to take that frustration out on me. He was rude and dismissive, repeatedly blaming the app and refusing to take responsibility for the situation. I waited another 20 minutes, during which his behavior became completely unacceptable. He repeatedly cursed at me in front of other customers and spoke to me in an extremely disrespectful and hostile manner. What happened next was beyond unacceptable. He told me, “This is America and I have freedom of speech. Go back to Africa.” There is absolutely no excuse for an employee to speak to a paying customer this way. Freedom of speech does not excuse harassment, disrespect, or discriminatory remarks toward customers. I was stunned that someone representing Papa John’s would make such a blatantly inappropriate and offensive comment. At that point, I immediately requested a refund and contacted the Papa John’s corporate office to file a formal complaint. I fully intend to follow through with this complaint and expect this matter to be taken seriously. I have been coming to this location for years and have never experienced anything remotely like this. No customer should be subjected to verbal abuse, profanity, or discriminatory comments simply for trying to pick up an order. This was not merely poor customer service, it was completely unacceptable conduct. I hope management and corporate investigate this incident thoroughly and take appropriate action. I will seriously reconsider ever returning to this location.

  Love my neighborhood papa john been coming for years. Especially every Friday. Friendly workers and my pizza is always fresh 😋

  Absolutely outstanding service today, 8/9/26! Your staff is amazing! Your cashier Samia is so polite and nice! I will definitely be back as a customer in the future? You've made my Sunday so fantastic today and thank you for the awesome food!
