I then went inside and found four employees working while the phone was still ringing unanswered. Not one employee acknowledged me or asked if I needed assistance. After finally getting someone’s attention, I was told my food was still in the oven. At that point, it was 10:20 p.m.—more than an hour after placing my order and 20 minutes after receiving confirmation that it was ready. Throughout the experience, no one responded to my hazard lights, answered my phone call, or acknowledged me when I entered the store. Due to the lack of communication and service, I requested a refund and left without my food. This was an extremely disappointing experience and reflects a significant breakdown in customer service and order management.
