  It took them 45 minutes to tell me they took my order off the kiosk and had to redo it. Still waiting now. I’m so hungry.

  5 layer burrito missing 4 layers but they added an extra tortilla wrap as a filler is wild I come here all the time normally it comes out well but today idk what the heck happened

  I waited in the drive through for 30ish minutes then my order wasn’t even right how do u add the beans but not the stake in my crunch roll

  Ive been waiting on my food for 30 minutes now, i’m surrounded by blue collar men who have also been waiting on their food for over 30 minutes probably on their lunch break. The manager is rude, and I didn’t even have to speak to him. He was already to busy arguing with a customer… A lady who was waiting in the drive thru literally walked inside to get someone to give her the food?? This used to be the BEST taco bell around but honestly i wouldn’t even waste my time trying to place an order just to wait 30 minutes.
