  Arrived at the Port Wentworth location for an online order. When I pulled around to the drive through the young girl working drive through never greeted me. She automatically assumed I was an online order & told me to pull around. She never heard me say what my order was & what name my order was under, just told me to come on around to the window. When I got to the window she tried to give me what looked like an ice coffee drink assuming that was my order & it was not. I told her the name on the order once again, they were out of 3 of the donuts asked for a refund for one. She didn’t know how to do a refund told me to do it online, I asked to speak with a manager she said they were busy. Then come to find out the manager wasn’t even onsite, I wouldn’t recommend going to this establishment they are not trained properly & poorly managed.

  7 o’clock at night on a Friday and the lobby is closed, so I ordered I guess her name is ANDI , the young black lady with long hair I couldn’t hardly hear her voice . She said through the drive-in window and she lack any type of manners no please no thank you no smile I guess her parents forgot to teach her manners, cause she didn’t have any. The donuts here seem a lot smaller as well Dunkin can do a lot better

  After horrible hotel coffee we decided to grab one on the way out before we got on the highway. Worst Americano ever, so bitter and a little more than lukewarm. Just by the feel of the cup you can tell that the temperature was not right but they gave it to me anyway and they charged me an arm and a leg, so now I have two missing appendages and a really crappy coffee really tops off a horrible night sleep. Yes I am probably venting out a whole string of frustrations here. Husband said his latte is good.

  Been here several times. Every time is the same result, I was hoping for a change. Slow service, staff isn’t the greatest regardless of what shift you encounter, never have anything in stock. A location off the interstate I think would have a better set up. I’d advise driving the extra mile or two to a different Dunkin.
