Only had a couple of pieces of chicken in one tray everyone just walked out literally. Every day, this week I have went to this location for a simple drive through order, a sausage, egg cheese, biscuit and a large half-and-half sweet tea. And every single day that I have been there so far, they have screwed this order up. They did not have sausage on Monday. They did not have sweet tea on Wednesday. I had to sit and wait 6 minutes on Tuesday because they didn't have nothing prepared. What is wrong with this location? And the management can't y'all get it together and I know y'all just apologize and say, I'm sorry, but do something about this. Look at your reviews that people are sending on this location.... OK it's now Monday a new day but same shit. I always get a sausage egg biscuit and large tea for around 5 something, or a sausage cheese egg biscuit and large tea for around 6 something. But this morning for a sausage cheese and egg biscuit and large tea I was charged 8 something for a frigging biscuit. IM DONE HERE. HELLO BURGER KING

I was told to pull up to the front door and it would be right out, I waited for over 15 minutes before coming inside to see what was up. They dropped the ball and forgot my order completely, then I sat wait waited patiently for another 10 minutes and watched them forget my order again. I couldn’t wait anymore and had to go back to work without any lunch today. Thanks guys, way to go.

They gave me a regular sausage biscuit when I order a boberry one and I kindly went back around and asked for a boberry sausage biscuit and was willing to give them back the regular one. When I heard one of the workers say, “I go over the order with them they piss me off with that” when she clearly said my order correctly to me and then another worker proceeded to toss an uncut biscuit into a container without the sausage. Won’t be getting my money anymore!!
- JJJohnny JSep 17, 20261.0My wife and I had never eaten at Bojangles before, so when we can off the highway to fuel up we decided to try Bojangles. Let me start with the female taking our orders, she was so involved on her cellphone that she couldn't get our order correct, the manager had to come over and clear the register and start over, then our food was given to us and the female at the register was told to give us cups with our meals and she didn't, because she was still on her cellphone. The chicken was over cooked, the seasoned fryes were soggy and NOT seasoned, the dirty rice wasn't to bad after I added some hot sauce, my wife did not like the Mash potatoes and gravy. So as for us, this was a 1 and done for Bojangles. Good luck.
