I wanted six pack of biscuits and they told me it would take 30 minutes to cook so I said never mind. I ended up just getting an iced coffee with sweet cream. The lady was very nice at the drive-thru. She was funny.
- TSTrey Seward4 days ago1.0If 0 stars was an option that is what I would leave, first of all you have to order through an automated kiosk at the drive thru and it doesn't understand your order, get up to the window and they think we ordered a family meal and we didn't. Next they don't have the gravy for biscuits and gravy when it says they serve breakfast all day, also out of iced tea, and fries. We pay and then they tell us to pull up to wait when there is no one behind us and the staff doesn't listen well at all, they finally bring out the food, but they forget the drinks. So we have to wait longer, when they do bring out the drinks the regular drink is only 3/4 of the way full, at this point we already know the food is probably going to be bad, the food we just paid and waited for. Get back to our hotel and indeed it looks disgusting. My chicken sandwich which is supposed to be a deluxe looks gross and my wifes biscuit sandwich is falling apart and our mac n cheese is luke warm, so we don't eat the food and waste $22. Would never recommend this place!

All i see on the reviews is bojangles corporate apologizing with 0 appearant follow through. Its amazing this location is open. I fear ill see a real live dinosaur before i see improvement from this place. If you arent going to have chicken at a chicken place than close the place down. Edit: corporate will let leadership know. The very same leadership that has been asked to correct the plethora of issues in reviews before mine. What should happen is a surprise corporate visit. Corporate should go through and order etc. Than corporate should completely replace leadership, and impose strict standards on all the stores.

Employees were loathing in the kitchen and dining area. Guy handed my food - no napkins no receipt no bag and no "thank you". Wings were cold and old, fries cold and withered. Drove back around to drive thru only to see a female employee in the dumpster area- yeah that's right DUMPSTER area with a guy looking like they were doing something they had no business doing. It was confirmed when another employee walking into the building spotted them and shook his head. My husband went inside to use the bathroom and BOTH bathrooms had "Out of Order". Where are these employees washing their hands and using the bathroom? This made me take closer look at the food prep area when I pulled up the second time at the drive thru window. Trash and food on the floor in the food prep area, and the food lamps for warming were no on. Manager who refunded my money (because after all that is was a full stop "NO" to eat there) was nice but her clothing was dirty and full of flour. All staff at work on Saturday June 20th a/o 7pm need to be re-trained. This is entirely unacceptable!!!! Send a secret shopper ASAP!!!
