- RWRobin WAug 20, 20261.0Posted closing time for the dining room was 9:00pm. And drive-thru was 10:00pm. Drove up. Dining room was completely empty and restaurant almost looked closed. Got to the door at 8:56--it was already locked. Went to the drive-thru. Robot lady said it'd be a wait for bo-rounds; I accepted. Lady at the window said they were out and asked if fries were okay. Told her that robot lady said it'd be a wait. She checked and there were actually bo-rounds. They were out of bacon for a sandwich, which they informed me at the window--not at the speaker ordering box. I opened the box while driving away, and my box had 2 biscuits! But the other box had no biscuits. They couldn't be bothered to put 1 biscuit in each box? When I later took a sip of tea, I discovered that NEITHER bo-sized cup had ice. Overall regarding the food, neither the fries nor the bo-rounds were good. They were both stale. The fries were soggy. The chicken was fine, but they have hand-breaded tenders and not supremes; supremes are by far supreme (pun clearly intended). The biscuits were the best part. Tldr: find a different bojangles to go to, at least if it's later in the evening.

Finally flagged someone down and he said that the drive through was more important. Finally someone from outside came in and took our order. No apologies or care on taking care of patrons.

The restaurant lobby was filthy, bathrooms distrusting, tea canisters clearly not cleaned out - gross. Service was the worse we had seen anywhere. We ain’t hot chicken this early was the response when we ordered a sandwich. The tray was full of grease on the bottom - clearly never wiped down. Patrons waiting all shared that it wasn’t a good experience. The egg on the sandwich was paper thin and when the girl pulled the ham to add to the sandwich, she put it on the counter and left it there to go get cheese. Corporate please take head of the unsatisfactory feedback at this location.
