He asked me twice my order and everything I told him he laugh at me..the manager didn't do anything dont even apologize, he just denied everything, the manager wasnt even looking .... completely disrespectful people!!!! I dont know how you guys hired this people that doesn't know anything about customer service.

I used the app to deliver my food and my delivery driver dropped it off to some random location and I did not get my order. Of course if you deliver through the tropical smoothie app that uses DoorDash , DoorDash isn’t responsible but tropical smoothie is. I emailed the help email and they “sent” me a $20 gift card when I go to activate it, it has $0 balance. I email them again stating it had $0 balance and they took almost a week to email me that it was already used at 5am. Mind you they do not open till 8am idk how I was able to order at 5am, I must be a special customer 🤣 THANKS FOR NOTHING

However, to be standing in front of the register for over 10min and no one acknowledge us is ridiculous. I mean you look us right in the eye and still decide to wash blenders. Don't take nothing to say, we will be with you in a moment or whatever you are "trained" to say at a time like that. Should have got your name but it wasn't worth it. Manager/Owner just look at the camera and see who was working on May 14 at approx 1pm and give them some training or whatever. Do it or dont, either way we will be taking our business elsewhere its not a problem.
