  Don't come here unless you're willing to wait 20 mins. Did a mobile order, said it would be ready at 7:08pm. It's currently 7:26pm and I still don't have my order. Pressed the red button and currently still waiting for someone to even answer. Only 2 cars in the stalls (one is me) and 2 in drive thru. Looking at an employee talking on her pink iPhone facetiming. THIS IS HORRIBLE!! DO NOT COME HERE.

  The Tods looked like they were cooked in old, dark oil. They were so bad that I honestly questioned whether they were safe to eat. The drink was also unbelievably sweet—far sweeter than expected. Overall, this did not feel like a restaurant serving food of an acceptable quality. I was very disappointed and would not recommend it.

  Was going to order 7 - route 44 slushes but was told not doing slushes,it's over 100 degrees out How do you not having slushes! And not taking orders at car stop! It took over 5 minutes for the lady come on over the intercom. Very unlikely to ever come back,this day and age there's some many places now days to go besides sonic

  Pretty much every single time we go there, there are issues. Tonight we placed an order on the app and started driving from the airport and arrived at 12:05am. We checked in through the app and a worker came out to tell us they were closed. We didn't get our ordered shakes. The app said they were open until 12:45 and Google said 1am. ---- I went back twice since the original review. I regret both times. I'm apparently a slow learner, but I'm done going to this location. First time the food was delivered quickly but after I left I realized they didn't give me the correct food and the burger bun was very dry and the chicken was overcooked. The second time, they took 25 minutes to get our food out to us and the hot fudge shakes were barely mixed and no cherry on top. I'm done with this location.

  Reviewing again. This place is absolutely horrible. Not to mention sanitary issues. The "owner" that responds to these reviews never doesnt anything. They will tell you to send your issues to somewhere but nothing ever changes. The fact that I got documented food poisoning from this place after leaving a reviews a year ago about how nasty and understaffed this place is sounds like a lawsuit. So Mr/Mrs "owner" before you respond to this review please actually do something with your establishment before a lawsuit follows through with this place. Truly this place needs to be shut down. But unfortunately the "owner" will just keep sounding concerned on all these reviews with their response but wont do anything about it. Maybe its time customers take action. The owner loves to say "Will make sure your experience gets to the appropriate team". Are you not the appropriate team???? Are you not the owne??!!
