  Ordered DoorDash around 7pm, my food arrived after 8pm and I was given a cold, hard, old corn dog for my child’s kids meal. I couldn’t give it to him. Had to throw it away. The fries were greasy, cold, and stale. Will not waste my money on this slop EVER again.

  Ordered my son food on door dash at 9pm. Got to the location at 9:40pm and waited in line for 20 minutes for them to say that order was already given out. How?! I ordered it for pickup and told the person on the mic I was there for it. Absolute BS and a waste of time. Never going back there ever again!!

  I placed a mobile order for 1 sweet tea and waited 30 minutes to get it. I pressed the button after waiting forever and no one ever answered it for 10 minutes. A 30 minute wait for 1 drink is ridiculous, especially considering I ordered ahead.

  Food was lukewarm, no ice cream for the milkshake, and a 20 minute wait in the drive thru line with one car ahead of me. Absolutely horrible service.

  1 Sep ‘26 1:50 pm. Haven’t been to sonic in over 20 years but today I was craving a diet cherry limeade so ordered on the app. Got there, parked in stall, checked in. Drink came out right on time and was exactly the way I remembered. Friendly service. Only issue is the place is seriously filthy and could seriously use a power washing. Walls, sidewalk, driveway, windows, etc. Can only imagine how filthy the inside is. -1 for the filth.
