Store was full of customers. The workers were very busy working and not helping customers. When they did get around to helping me, they forgot that I ordered something and let several people in front of me.

Beware. Some products on the shelves (peanut brittle) taste old. My wife said, “a little rancid” but maybe just old.

What in the world is this??!! This ice cream traveled 5 minutes and looks like gray green sludge. It was supposed to be pralines and cream.

I went in to buy pralines today and the employee used his gloved hands to grab and bag the candy for me. This wouldn’t have been an issue if I had seen him wash/sanitize his hands and then put on new gloves, but I had no way of knowing where his hands/gloves had been before serving me. To make matters worst, he took my card and processed my payment without removing the gloves. I can only assume he did that with the guest who came in before me. IMO, they should implement a policy of using tongs to serve candy, not gloved hands to reduce the risk of cross contamination
