  So I placed my order on the app through T-mobile and it didn’t show my pizza order. So I contacted them so I thought and ended up talking to customer service who after talking to her for about 3-4 min tells me she will transfer me to the store… when I thought I was already talking to someone in the store… then guess what the phone gets disconnected!! So I’m a lil upset and now I’m at the store. I spoke to Brandon who didn’t really understand how it went at first but then still fulfilled my order. I greatly appreciate it. Because again he didn’t have to, he could’ve been rude and nasty and he did not! Thanks Brandon for great customer service!! I appreciate it and I’ll definitely be back!!!

  Absolutely unacceptably bad Pizza. Paid 40 bucks for the most depressing looking pan pizza. It tasted like how food tastes when you are sick.

  Placed an order online for delivery and they sent my order through DoorDash. The order that arrived at my house was nothing that I ordered and had to come to the store to get it corrected. After waiting over 20 minutes to get help from the manager due to being in the restroom, my husband went to use their restroom as I stepped outside and worker could be heard calling us liars about not receiving our order. Great way to treat customers who had to come out of their way because the phones were not being picked up to get a redelivery. It’s past 9pm and we have hungry kids waiting on pizza.
